Mouse sensitivity tied to frame rate (PC)

As title, mouse sensitivity gets lower when frame rate gets lower and gets higher when frame rate gets higher.

@Hezkore Thank you for uploading, same problem playing with 0.1 and shaking makes it go faster. I've turned off mouse accel
