Hi @Paulaneous

The first thing to try is powering down your console and unplugging the mains power cable for 60 seconds, this should clear the cache.

I know this has only been happening for you since the update but I would recommend checking that you have the correct ports open for PvZ: GW2 as well. More info on this can be found here.
