There is also a blue and white truck that can be found in various locations that say's "Plumb and Plumber. All Clogs Go To Heaven." This is reference to the movies Dumb & Dumber and All Dogs Go To Heaven. The All Dogs Go To Heaven reference might also be a double reference to the fact that the main characters in Dumb & Dumber ride around in a dog shaped van for the majority of the movie.
The stores that can be found in various locations named Day Of The Meds. A reference to zombie movie classic Day Of The Dead.
In Weirding Woods at the Z-Tech Factory, there's a character who named Tim who is a wizard. (It is unconfirmed that he is a wizard, but his design lines up with wizards in PvZ 2.) A reference to Tim the wizard in Monty Python's The Holy Grail.
Another reference to the movie Dumb and Dumber can be found on a sign with a crescent roll reading "Crumb and Crumber."
