Multiplayer problem with PVZGW Xbox 360
Sorry for my bad english, I'm Brazilian. I can't play "Gardens and Cemeteries" with other unlocked characters (I have the full assurance that it isn't the classic version of "Garden and Cemeteries"...

Pedro, by all means reboot your router & connect via cable, as suggested, but you should know that the servers have been very poor for weeks & today they are completely down on the XBOX 360, so I suspect that this may be your issue. It is very likey that the problem lies with the servers & is not down to your connection.
It would be good to hear from an official source regarding an eta for the resolution. Also I hope not to miss todays Festivus pack. ☹️
I doubt very much that you will hear from an official source here. The server issues have been going on for weeks & in all that time I have not managed to get a response from anyone at Popcap/EA anywhere. I think that they aren't interested as they already have your money. As for the festive pack, it should appear in 20 minutes approx, & will remain for 24 hours. Also, they may well do a special pack once the 25 daily packs have been released, allowing you to get any you may have missed, as they did with the Halloween packs.
There is an issue occuring today which is seperate from what I think this thread started as. For that issue we are aware of it and working to fix it now, hopefully have everyone back to playing soon on 360 🙂
- Thanks for every reply, but the only thing that solved my problem was to clear the cache. Now I'm with the problem of the moment : "failed to load your saved data". I tried clearing the cache again but nothing. So, they said they're aware of it and working on it 🙂
The game is partly functional. Online play is possible. The festive sticker pack arrived as it should at 18:00 yesterday. Character ranks, player rank, character abilities/upgrades, challenges & coins total/earning coins are preserved. However, all customisations for your characters are disabled. If you change your abilities away from the default character set, they will keep resetting back to default. I did notice a minority of players sporting customisations, but this was rare & most people were confined to the default set.
Can we safely place while this failed to load saved data is present? Will my missing items reappear? Will redeemed stickers packs save?
