My 9 yo doesn't have an email address and WTF with PSN connectivity?

Just to be clear, are you actually trying to sell PVZGW2? My 9 yo saved for a year to buy a ps4 and pvz. I have an Ivy league PhD and can't get it working for him.

We need a family coordinator with a separate email? Of COURSE the child doesn't have an independent email address: he's BARELY NINE. 

After setting up multiple accounts for my husband and myself and handing over credit card and address info, we get an error message and STILL, "must connect to PSN". Is it seriously a bunch of clowns pulling this together over there or are you that brazen and about scraping for my kid's cash? WOW! ... WOW!
