2 years agoHi @sawaki142 To confirm what error message do you get when trying to play PvZ GW1?
Also, to check have you tried the following steps?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

@EA_Illium I tried those steps many times but it didn't work and EA needs to create a fix for my 2 accounts so the game doesn't freeze anymore.

Hi @sawaki142 Thanks for the additional info, would it be possible to get the following bits of information?
- Platform:
- EA ID (Gamertag):
- Are you playing on an HDD or SDD storage drive?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

- sawaki1422 years agoNew Traveler@EA_Illium My network is wireless and plays normally, but when I enter the game, a freeze occurs. My SDD and HDD are still normal.
