My account cannot access the game Plants vs Zombies Garden Wafate 1 on PC.

Both of my accounts cannot access and load the game in Plants vs Zombies Garden Wafate 1. This error only appears on my 2 accounts. And EA needs to create a fix for my 2 accounts so I can get back in...

@EA_Illium I have tried many times but it doesn't work so I need to create a fix for 2 accounts when the game freezes.

    Please fix it. This is the problem that accounts SaWaKi142 and UDVRDK5374 are experiencing with the game crash error.

      HI @sawaki142 @Sawawaki146 

      Apologies for the delay, when loading PvZ GW1 you get the message "Connecting to EA Servers"?

      If so we might be running into a connection-based issue, can we check if any Security software (like an Anti-virus) or a VPN might be blocking communication? 

      If not, please let us know the following:

      • Are you playing on an HDD or SDD storage drive? 
      • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
      • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
      • If on PC, please share a DxDiag (please attach the file) and an EA app Error ID

      We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.
