My code didn't work

So my issue is that my plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 code didn't work i did all 4 trials of gnomus and nothing happened i put the code in and it didn't work for me and i didn't get my new 2 char...

    You need to do just a bit more than simply complete all 4 Trials. Each of the codes that you receive for a Trial are shown to you again after you defeat that Trial's Guardian only the second showing will have two different symbols missing from two different places each time. When these missing symbols are lined up in the correct order that they are shown and inputted as a fifth code you should initiate the fight against the Rainbow Guardian.

    When you defeat the Rainbow Guardian you will be shown the entrance to the final treasure room and the Plant and Zombie chest containing the new character classes will become available for you to begin unlocking them with Rainbow Stars.

    Each code is unique to the player so you can't use a code provided by someone else and the final code won't work until all four Guardians have been defeated. If the final code isn't working for you and you've defeated the four previous Guardians then you must be entering the code incorrectly.

As pointed out the fifth code you were entering was entirely incorrect, which explains why it wasn't working for you.

You were inputting them in the order that you unlocked the Trials instead of in the order that the blank spaces appear in the chain so even though your first Trial gave you the symbols for the Spade and the Fence those don't represent the first and second symbols of the fifth code, they are the fourth and seventh symbols.

I can't figure out the master code. Could you help me please?

    You would need to either show, through screenshots, or typing out a list of the symbols in each pair of codes so that we can see what order they were in originally and which pair of symbols were removed from each code after you defeated each Guardian.
