Hi @Graciebugs21 ,

EA app has replaced Origin as the game launcher on PC. Have you tried downloading EA app, logging with the same credentials, and downloading the game from there https://www.ea.com/ea-app ? That should solve your issue 🙂

    The EA launcher is worthless, the best thing I can suggest is to shut it down and relaunch, their customer support is a joke, and there is a reason no one can directly contact them anymore (they already got our money).

      You can try to redownload the installer and use the repair option because this site will not help you.
