My device isn't compatible with pvz heroes

I have a lg phone with andriod

My device also isn't compatible.  It's a samsung galaxy A3 and it has android 6.1.

so i want to play this game, but it not even out in my google store..
and i found that some people report their devices here, so mine is Mi4i with android version 5.0.2.

@XMSZX5 @Dejavu_Theory - Thanks for that, I will pass these details on. It's worth noting that it's possible that some devices will not work with the game as intended but there does seem to have been some devices which were blocked from downloading by mistake.

We have 3 galaxy tabs all running android 6.0.1 and two of the devices were able to download and play the game via Google play store, the third gets a notice that it is not compatible with his device. I cannot find the difference nor can I find a list of game requirements or compatibilities to double check. Please help
