i make it a point to not add anyone. I hate being messaged in that game, i just play ranked when I want a challenge or to give a deck a final test. or to keep players from making it to UL on the last day 😉

i'm ul at the 80th star now but i think this season was the toughest for plants, quick draw con man and zom-blob and stomptadon were really ruining lots of games
- I think that is an interesting deck. I have a couple randomness decks, but more often in the conjuring sense(chemist or trick or treater, dr Spacetime etc)
It's funny that after looking at the deck my first thought was to ask you about the 3 3HCs lol. Not in the same sense, but I find it amusing that the three headed chomper garnered that much controversy.
First off, my question was that I was curious why 3 of them, but no dandelion or Astrocado, which are either same or less in cost. Just because of your random aspect is the only reason why I'm curious, I figured that the chomper once established, is a pain in the butt
I also agree with jay somewhat, because like him, most of the games I win are over before it gets out, I have even removed from my fave deck the sharktronic because I never get to play it.
However, I have also played solar decks that heal up at the last minute and last another couple rounds, and then another couple rounds, and suddenly you are staring at too much to handle wondering if you might of won if you took that chance back in round.....yeah, so that happens sometimes, and those types of decks are built to take the brunt for awhile, and then bring out a boss.
Anyways, I love the originality and that you put some personality into your deck. Thumbs up from me. 👍 @patdk75 if i've played 100 pvz games, then i've played 90 of them as solar flare, i'm too crazy about it experienced and expert at it, and i can tell you i have used and tried every card in the solar and kaboom classes and these are the best cards i found best when you are speaking about the EFFECT not the plant itself... i was so crazy about the astrocado when it first came out but i can tell you it's not worth the 5 suns it's so weak on health , when comparing it to elderberry , elderberry is absolutely a bargain !! cheaper , 4 health not 3 , can evolve cheap plant or a sunflower/ a useless button mushroom to a big surprise, and still a strikethrough, maybe the astrocado gives u that 1 health seed to develop to another one but it rarely makes it to the next round..
and the ( take big damage and heal and heal and heal ) is a really provoking way and makes the games last way too long, till you are really ready and can destroy everything
ketchup mechanic is AWESOME when you are playing against early aggressive opponents with weak zombies like impfinity, i was thinking about adding another one instead of fireweed .. i think solar event cards are just the worst and useless and zombies have w game changer event cards.. it's not fairGood debate
I remember perfectly that the first legendary I got was 3HC, I didn't even know the importance of a legendary, but I put it in my deck, in the end I ended up taking it out, It always made me lose, well, it didnt make me lose, I lost because I didnt know how to play it, I learned to play with that card much later, I remember spending my 6 suns, and that is the superpower of Rustbolt and Superbrainz, that destroy a plant with 5 or more, so annoying.
Another one: Sumo Wrestler, in the gravestone, when i played de 3HC, It moved her to the worst place...
But 3HC is a big headache when you don't find how to destroy it. The thing is, use it when there are two big guys in between, and the enemy has foolishly used all their brains.
@BlazinsZ the deck generally is about reaction, you MUST be an experienced player to play it, you must know most of the cards and specially the tricks of every class, you never play a more then 5 attack plant when a brainy class has lots of brains left in tricks, you never put a plant you want facing a zombie when you are playing against a sneaky hero, and so on, you have the reaction and the effects, 3hc does more than enough against hearty and beastly and sneaky, if it's a brainy or crazy hero you have to take care or you just play other cards to make opponent run out of cards then you clean up the board late game by 3hc again , it's always more than useful if you reached the 5th round with no much damage ( heal yourself )
- I love the elderberry, personally I think it's the best evolution plant out of the five(meaning the rares) jelly bean is a great one too, but a superrare so it better be good...the skizzard is the only orher evo that even comes close to elderberry in my opinion.
But Astrocado has its perks too. Especially when playing a dinoroar deck, the 5 damage that hits unless the meter triggered, and if it is destroyed, the seed card counts as card draw.
That's more of a Chompzilla deck than solar flare though. @patdk75 i don't even have chompzilla himself 😂😂😂
- I like Chompzilla and my favourite deck with him I think I have in my dotw posts in strategy. With solar wind and elderberrys, and plenty of other fun stuff
But that's neither here nor there, we are talking about solar flare, and I tend to get off topic occasionally... @z_elmo21 I really recommend you Chompzilla, my favorite class is megagrow, and also solar class is very good too,

Megagrow class --> 4 Captain Cucumber
Solar class --> Sunflowers
You need to try that, really worth it, while Captain Cucumber give you legendaries (they cost 1 sun less) , Sunflowers end of the turn give you extra suns, so you can play Onion Rings, 3HC, Dark Matter, and all legendaries in early turns.
I played one 3HC in the turn 4, because one sunflower environment already create 2 sunflowers, and Captain give me one 3HC (with 1 sun less of cost), and still had 1 sun. While the enemy was interested in getting rid of 3HC, Captain Cucumber give me more Legendaries with a lot of suns with sunflowers. It's too cool 🥳
