My Game is very slow even though my computer meets the minimum requirements?

I'm playing at the lowest level of graphics, with the smallest window, yet the game is constantly lagging for me. http://prnt.sc/b8xlsb

Approved

"Minimum" hardware isn't expected to be able to do very much. You should anticipate occasional slowness until you get upgrades to your equipment.
