my keyboard in mouse wont work on pc

I tried a bunch of fixing like getting rid of overlay closing all apps alt fn esc and nothing is working to get the mouse and keyboard working i have the specs I'm on intel and idk what to do i love pvz gw2 but i just cant get it to work on pc i finish the first cutscene for the tutorial and my mouse will move the entire time but after its over nothing works and i don't know what to do

    The problem of cannot move should be because the game is using INTEL (which is not good enough for this game) instead of NIVIDIA or AMD. You can go to these control panels and set the game using these graphics cards as default to solve the problem.
