My Plants vs Zombies Battle For Neighborville progress restarted on Switch

Hello, I have made a post previously and still haven't gotten support. I was rank 1000+ on the Nintendo Switch. Hopefully, you guys can retrieve my data or maybe max out my account.

I'm very sure this is a bug that's happening to me frequently because how it works is that the game sometimes crashes and then whenever I reopen the game, it restarts my data and I'm back to the start. Seeing that Soldier Sunflower in the airplane. Hopefully this bug can be fixed, I really want to play again and not grind ☹️
