my progress is gone

Bro I was just about to play PvZ 1 on my tablet and all my progress is just gone like I didn't uninstall or delete the account I just hopped on and it was all gone all of my 15 achievements were gone all of my progress on adventure one and two were gone all of my Zen garden progress was gone EVERYTHING IS GONE so I need help getting it back please I worked hard for it :(
