New cactus ability to better handle close range situations

currently many classic abilities from GW1 are meaningless in GW2 they changed the game yet just carried over GW1 abilities that are irrelevant. some abilities need to go and make room for new abilit...

I also think any melee attack ie: super brains primary or allstar charge or engineer jackhammer knock back should take heavy thorns damage. Because if you punch a cactus the cactus shoukd win.

    I really don't get why PopCap hasn't mentioned when you're striking a Cactus, you don't take thorns damage like in real life.
