How long do you wait? 3 mins or so? Any maps that DO load? Can you try Garden ops and see if it loads?
I waited over ten minutes once, used to give it 2-3 mins hoping, now when I see it I have to shut down my xbox one and restart to try and play. Garden ops does load, all the other maps load, just not cactus canyon.
