Interesting. After downloading the game and DLC did you reboot? You should never have to wait longer than 3 mins for something to load up. And this is happening every time you enter that specific map?
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoYup even after the download I rebooted.

Ok so that we have everything in order:
- You have tried reinstalling, rebooting, hard reset and clearing cache
- Only map not working is Cactus Canyon in GnG
- All other modes are working fine, and all other maps work fine?
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoYes sir, reinstalled twice. Hard resets multiple times
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoAll other maps and all other multiplayer games are fine.

Maybe you mean that you cant SELECT cactus canyon in any game mode.
Because this is normal: You have to play and wait for the cactus canyon to come up during the rotation.
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoNo I can't play it, I'm sitting here now looking at the loading screen for that map. 3 minute wait so far.
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoAnd so no one blames my connection.

Have you tried to really wipe all userdata of PvZ GW from your harddrive as well? No worries, progress is saved on the cloud. Just seems like some misconfig or misload
- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoI have tried everything people have suggested it. I don't even care that I can't play the map, it's the fact I have to restart my xbox every time that map comes up since it freezes.

I totally get it. Im rather stumped to be honest...

Since you're on Xbox One, it wont completely solve the problem but should save you from restarting you Xbox when you hang there.
Hit the Xbox Button on your controller so you reach the dashboard, press Start and select Quit. It'll just close Garden Warfare, allowing you to boot the game again.
