New map not working, invisible character

I can't play the new map, it just hangs there frozen like the walnut hills glitch you guys we're experiencing. I have hard reset my xbox multiple times, even my router, uninstalled and reinstalled twice. What's next? I can play the other maps although I just got my first invisible character experience. All this since the new patch.

Since you're on Xbox One, it wont completely solve the problem but should save you from restarting you Xbox when you hang there.
Hit the Xbox Button on your controller so you reach the dashboard, press Start and select Quit. It'll just close Garden Warfare, allowing you to boot the game again.
