The new map is basically a re-skin of Zomburbia. I've only played it once, but it was really nice to feel a little bit lost on an ops map again.
I really like the new map. It does look a lot like the entry area of the Zomburbia TT map but has significantly different terrain and I love the stuff going on with the huge laundry pile and the Zombie machine that is placing houses in the background. The pace and layout remind me of some of the old GW1 maps.
It took a lttle while yesterday for the map to show up in the rotation but once it did it seems to be available in all game modes except for Turf Takeover.
Playing through it definitely game a bit of a GW1 feel to the game and it is nice to have that feeling of having to explore a new area again and find all of the best spots for offensive or defensive activities along with the other shenanigans which go on during a match.
