No 5000 Gem pack?

I agree.

I think EA should have done more to "advertise" this change, as well as other changes.

Posting these things on a dedicated announcement forum seems like a good idea.

I bought the 2000 packs when they were available..

300 I meant from playing the missions and the 200 free ones.. I didn't even know you could gain coins from multiple devices...

That said I have opened 3-1000 since.. 1 pack came with 4 super rares and a legendary. Another pack with 2 super rares and a hero... And the last with 3 super rares, a legendary, and a hero...

Guess I have gotten lucky

I think 2 legendaries and 2 heroes from 3 1000 packs is a bit lucky but not by much. More or less consistent with averages.

i know why you are upset, because i am saving to buy 5K packs too. Yes, 5K packs was the best deal. 

but, as a free player, who not yet give them money, we just have to accept what "free" stuff they want to give. EA has to make money, but don't want to lose player at any point. So they give us "ads gem" option and a quest every 4 hours.

Still, even if EA has taken 2K n 5K packs, PvZ:H by far still the most generous TCG right now. I can earn more premium currency in PvZ:H than any other games. I know it because i have played several TCG until now.

Isn't there 100 new cards being added to the game soon? Save your gems for the 1000 packs to get them

Where you read that? I currently have 6295 gems (saved for the 5000 pack of course), and don't know what to do now. Buying the single premium packs looks like a waste of gems. I would probably get a lot of uncommon cards without use (almost all are x4). Without a guarantee of getting at least few legendaries it would be a gamble.

On the other hand, paying to complete decks cost too much for me, because mostly my decks need 10 cards to complete. That is a good option only for those that have most of the legendary cards already. I have only:

1x Soul Patch

1x Dandy Lion King

1x Winter Melon

1x Cornucopia

1x Zombot Sharktronic Sub

1x Zombot Plank Walker

So 6 legendary cards out of 80. That's because I've mostly spent my previous gems on heroes (the 750 gem packs), and almost none on premium packs. Now I have all the heroes, but only weaker cards. :/

Any suggestion what to do? It looks to me that is better to wait something good to arrive in the shop.

Imo, you can wait and try to get all event cards

So I have opened about 15 - 1000 coin packs...

In the first 14
2 - no legendaries
1 - no legendaries, 1 hero
7 - 1 legendary
2 - 1 legendary , 1 hero
2 - 2 legendaries

The 14th was no legendary and only 3 super rares..
So I just got 1000 and I was pondering buying a hero or getting the pack. I still needed 3 heroes but.... I went with the 11 packs on got this. .

3 legendaries and 2 heroes.... Wow

Whoa! That's an amazing pull! I will have to admit I've had more luck myself with 1k packs. I wonder if they've increased the drop?
