@IHarf Sorry for the slow response. There's not really anything support can directly do in this case. I'm curious, do you have another device you can download and log in to as a test? If so I'm curious if that sees ads.
Back on your main device, In some cases ad issues can be related to cached data. Normally this will be cleared in time, but there's no harm in manually forcing a clear.
If you go to your device's settings > Apps menu, find PvZ Heroes then choose the clear cache option, then start the game back up and try again?
