No ads on IOS
Hi, I recently stopped getting ads for gem or replay daily challenge. I am using IOS14.1. I have reinstalled the game and the issue persists.

- @szsirius I installed it for the first time on iPad OS and iOS 14 recently and also don't have a watch ads button. A Dr Zomboss ad appeared twice, telling me to watch an ad, but clicking it didn't work. I found a post from a community manager from 2017 which says to reset the ad id in iOS settings. This setting no longer exists, though. I believe Apple retired their ad services, therefore resulting in the game not having the option anymore. I kept losing games due to not being able to buy packs without gems. I ended up buying a 6 Euro Pack. Had the watch ad option worked, I wouldn't have needed to spend money on the game. I wish we could be compensated for this by receiving extra gems.
Not going to lie, but I have this issue appear up on the forums so often! Not being able to watch ads.
I will try to help with this issue. I can watch ads still on my iOS device.
Can you two try and answer me this: does the ads bar never appear when it should, or does it appear, but you are unable to watch ads or click the button? Any other information you know is also appreciated. 🙂
- @TheSprinter85 Thank you for the reply. In my case, the ad button does not appear at all.
- @TheSprinter85 Not sure what happened, but the button just appeared, and works fine as well.
- @szsirius Let me know if you run into more issues. I find the ads can be sporadic. Sometimes they work, sometimes not.
@TheSprinter85 i'm having the same problem like @szsirius . no ads button at all .
tried reinstalling the apps didn't work. disabling and enabling player marketing setting on the app also didn't work.
you have any suggestion?

- @akiraken92 Good question. I have a question for you: what type of mobile device do you play on? iOS or Android? Also, did you download the app from the App Store or Google Play? One of my brothers downloaded their game with Google Play and never was able to watch ads, which I thought was very odd.
@TheSprinter85 well your brothers is on android , and @szsirius and me are on ios . so its regular ios app store.
i also run latest ios .
do area matters? is it because i live in sea?
- @akiraken92 I’m not sure about the area or region. You do definitely need a decent internet connection. I find that very interesting because I also play on iOS and use the App Store. When you created an account, what age did you set (if you remember)?
