No Conecta a los servidores de EA/No Connect to EA servers, Xbox One

No puedo jugar, se queda en conectado a los servidores de EA y despues de un rato falla, no es problema de conexion ya que con otros juegos de EA conecta sin problemas, solo es este juego y veo que m...

lamentablemente al dia de hoy no existe solución a este problema yo lo compre en diciembre funciono un mes y dejo de funcionar aquí tampoco encontraras ayuda ya que en su opinión es problema de tu conexión no de ellos tu tema será borrado en breve porque aquí no toleran el español aparte de que solo te diran que reinicies la consola lamento tu situación es un gran juego y divertido pero lamentablemente este tampoco es un buen foro de soporte te recomiendo cheques tu modem y los puertos abiertos

First time booting this game I was unable to connect to EA servers , mine was solved by a power cycle:

  1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds (you will hear a click). The console will power down.
  1. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
  2. Note: If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
