one pack drop rate (contain 6 cards):
- 3% chance for 1x Heroes
- 10% chance for 1x Legendary
- 30% chance for 1x Super-Rare
- 1x guaranteed Rare
- 2x guaranteed Uncommons
- I bought 1000 gem Galactic pack and got zero galactic cards…
Your screenshot shows you bought the "Science Pack", not the new Galactic Pack.
I can see how it would be an easy mistake to make.
None the less, it is still your mistake.

Close to none, I would say.
