no in game sound!! [PC]

Hey, I take it that the audio menu sliders are turned up to the appropriate level? I doubt it's a factor but we just want to double check the simple stuff.

Past this can you try restarting your machine with a Clean Boot and see if this has any effect on your issue.

audio menu sliders are turned up all the way,  i searched and tried clean booting but i dont know these stuf very well and i think i didnt do it right, i still tried it though, didnt work ☹️ its really annoying because i love this game's sound effects but i play it while only hearing my pc's fan's and my clicks' sounds ☹️

It might help to try updating your sound drivers. If you set some music in the background, does that also fail, or does it keep going when the game sound drops out?

my sound drivers seems to be up to date. And yes, if i set a music in the background, it fails too and it doesnt come back till i quit the game ☹️ its just weird. by the way i just got the new free characters and they're so cool even though i cant hear 'em 🙂 especially berryshooter 🙂

does anyone else have an idea for a solution?? its unbearable playing like this!! PLEASE!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that this is still giving you trouble. If you alt-tab to desktop and check your sound mixer(left-click the speaker icon in the system tray and choose Mixer), is there any sound running that's muted? 

If you have a mic, can you disable/remove it and see if this has any effect?

unfortunately no, there is no sound muted. i'm using a laptop so my mic and speakers are in the hardware but they are broken already, they dont work. but my headphones are working and i had no problem with the sound in the recent games i played with my headphones. i've been trying to fix it all day almost, i've tried many different things but none of em worked. and no other person seems to have this problem on the internet which is so weird ☹️ weirder thing is that i can hear voice chat sounds, but nothing else ☹️ 

Indeed, I haven't seen anything else on this. You mention trying other things, perhaps the step of disabling other folks chatter from the reddit thread will help.

   1. Right click speaker icon in system tray.
   2. Select Playback Devices.
   3. Select a Playback Device other than what you use for sound output.
   4.  Right click it and select Set as Default Communications Device.
   5.  Hit OK.
   6.  Left click on the speaker icon in the system tray.
   7. Click the icon below the slider on the device you chose to mute it.

i did just like you said but didnt work,i dont wanna give up trying cause this is my favourite game to play for the summer, but as it seems there is nothing left to do, but thank you really for helping. you helped me as much as you can even though i am the only one having this trouble, appreciate it 🙂 i will just hope it to get fixed somehow, i guess 🙂
