No new character pieces in sticker packs

Question

Every time I buy any of the packs that gaurntee a character piece of a specific rarity I have not got a single piece.

Not one arm of a corn, head of an imp or body of a rose. I have only managed to purchase the special promotions character packs and receive them, this includes the stone peashooter and marine soldier.

But not one new piece of a new character. I love this game and really want to try out the new variants of the new characters but I can't.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or know how to solve it?

I contacted ea and all they said was ' the character packs are chosen at random and no human picks them' which has nothing to do with my problem -_-

I thought what I wrote was a good enough explanation.

I am not getting any new characters, the rose, orange, corn, pirate, imp and super guy.

I imported my old pvz1 characters but have not received any new ones. I have bought every pack several times.

Are the character pieces you aren't getting those which belong to the Lengendary class of characters?

The really cheap packs aren't going to give you those variants in any reasonable time frame; if those packs can drop them at all.

No.. Like I said no new characters. Nothing at all. All general characters.I don't get why this is so hard to understand.
