Ok I personally know what Pickle is talking about. If you are in a xbox live party with a friend and one of you join a game the others in the party are invited to join automatically and all you have to do is press the middle home button to join. I am only able to attempt this on the xbox one but I have never had a problem personally playing with friends. Again though I can't atttempt the 360 version so that may a different story.

Yes the 360 version doesn't let you play with friends at all. It lets you invite friends after a game is over when your in the after action lobby, but the invites always fail, much like the developers current matchmaking. I've seen orginal Xbox live games that had a better lobby system in place to play with friends. When you think about that's pretty sad that 11-12 years ago developers could do more than pop cap with less technology.
