No star after winning
Lately, there have been some occasions when I won the match but no star rewarded. I am at level 42 and it is frustrated to get 4/5 then win a match and NOTHING happens. Then I played again and lost...

Then I played again and lost, and guess what, now a star is deducted perfectly. I dont know what's happening but this error/glitch made me so furious and want to quit the game.
I hope EA find a solution to this as soon as possible as it completely destroy the joy of a PVP game like this.
if it happened in some occasions, i suspect that you have lost some matches in past, but the stars not sync with EA server. so the next time you win the battle, the sync will work as it supposed, and count your stars to right number. it is just visual glitch
Same here. In the past hour I've "won" 3 games and got no stars. Each time claimed to be a disconnection by my opponent.
Actual wins where they've conceded or lost all their health I've got the stars.
I've also had 2 games where I won and didn't get my star and win bonus star ☹️ All my efforts gone lol. Is there a fix?
Zdarcon; Nope, that not it. I keep track of my stars, I just won a game and no star! Sooooo mad! I complained about it before the end of last season because I was at rank 39 with 4 stars, I won a game and got nothing! I talked to someone on the phone who said the would change it in the system and I should wait 24 hours and I'd get my star, DIDN'T HAPPEN! I emailed them after waiting more than 24 hours, and got a response 48 hours later saying they can't award stars through their system?!?! Well, MAYBE YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR STAFF THAT!!
I'm beyond ticked since it just happened AGAIN and I'm at level 37 with 4 stars! They knew about the glitch long before the end of last season, and it still hasn't been fixed!!
im seriously making a list of all the reasons why I will not be spending money on this game. I only support games that have good customer support, and that actually fix their glitches!
Patdk75; I understand the it can be annoying to lose stars if your game disconnects, though I haven't had it happen as many times now since I got a new device. However, I think is only fair since lost of people get crappy deals or are losing a game and just leave making you sit there, honestly, it think that people who are made to sit there like that waiting for the game to time out should get something extra for that, (I bet that would encourage people not to do it, but to actually concede, like civilized people do) but there's not way to 'take advantage of it' since you can't play ranked games against friends, and it's something that should only be awarded when playing random or ranked games. And there's likely no way for the debs to know when it's a connection problem and when it's just a sore loser (double loser since they lost the game and are also losers for running away.)

Nice speach! I hate the double losers, who disconnect the game and you don't get the star after that. It happens some times to me too and it happened to my son 3 games in a row! He was so mad and told me, that will not play this game anymore.
And it just happened AGAIN! My list is getting pretty long. . .
- I have never received my lost stars. I'm owed about five. One day I won three matches in a row and lost three stars. They never turned up the next day when I played again.

Usually happens to me when opponent quits game before losing. Gets really annoying. BTW, just happened to me in my last game, ranked 47, so makes it even harder to level up...
