No star after winning

I have this problem CONSTANTLY. I will win 3-4 times in a row, usually when I'm at 4/5 stars, and not get a SINGLE rank up!. And I always lose a star when I lose a match. This is an unacceptable glitch that EA needs to fix. It has been going on for FAR too long. With as much money as people spend on this game, we deserve better.
- Just happened to me too again, no star after winning a game. Usually once or twice a day it happens.
- I never had this issue but now I have it very frequently
And it starts again. Won a game, but lost a star as result, hate when this happens.
