10 years agoNo turbo twister nerf?
I've been gathering as much info as i can about the upcoming update and nowhere have i found anything about turbo twister being nerfed. Have i missed it or are Popcap just ignoring this blatantly OP ...

goop wont stop a spinning superbrains
mines will do like 20 damage or something to a spinning superbrains with damage reduction meaningless
bean bombs will be kicked away by the spinning superbrains and even if they explode they will only do like 30 damage who know with the damage reduction
a spinning superbrains will keep doing damage if he is chomped he can kill a chomper like that it wont stop the spin or damage taken
weed wont always work many times the superbrains will keep spinning while just destroying the weed
the only real stuff that stops him are rose abilities and emp
but goatify is hard to land even from up close due to the high movement speed of the spinning superbrains
you are only left with time snare and emp
counter abilities are not even the point here the point is that a spinning superbrain has too many overlapping traits making him total overkill
he got the hyper speed while spinning AT THE SAME TIME as having a stopping\sucking effect
it means a spinning superbrains will get you each time and you have nothing to do about it
the whole game is overkill design dumbed down making damn sure its easy to get kills spamming abilities not just him
so me talking pointing it out
is like wanting and asking popcap for a potato to be an apple but they made it a potato so no real reason to say anything
just posting again and again the same things because i like apples

If the chomper isn't at low health,he will manage to kill the superbrain with burrow,yeah not only stop it,outright kill it. It one of the best way to punish turbo twister happy superbrain and you say it not even a viable counter?
Same for spikeweed. I have yet to see a weed that get destroyed before a superbrain walk into it while turbo twistering, plus it almost always lead to a shallow kill afterward, again one of the best way to deal with it.

Unfortunate miss,aim more at the ground next time,work better. Goatify is still a viable counter as he's grounded while using turbo twister so you can take avantage the small AOE it have to hit him.

If he's far enough and try to close distance,you can just turn around and run away. It seem obvious but I barely saw anyone doing it. Obviously if he's in range either pop your disable/escape abilities or you're *.

For rose, the zombie can just run away as goat have a very fast movement speed. 60 damage max for arcane enigma is also barely enough to kill anything even with the following fire. It pretty much only a 100% kill against a imp and even then,you're better off just popping timesnare in him to kill him easily instead of popping two abilities.
Character with a splash can still hit a imp if he try to get under you during gravity grenade but yeah otherwise rip. Didn't know about this strategy though,I'll give it a try to see if it really a 100% kill like you said.
Not sure if roadie Z actually do enough damage to actually kill something fast enough for it to be considered a 100% kill. Still agree for AC perry though.
Obviously I'm not saving that turbo twister don't need a nerf,it clearly do,I'm just saving that he isn't as uncountable as everyone said.
