EA where is Wall-Nut Hills for private play? I thought that when you said that you would be "permanently adding it to the multiplayer portal, so that you can earn coins and xp at any time" meant that it would be on private play too? You never said that you would implement it at a later date, so why no private?

Me, too! I really thought it would be added for private play as well.I don't like to have the speed and stress of multiplayer games all the time, and I so love Walnut Hills. Want to explore it for myself. I really don't get why it should be difficult to add it for private plays, even if they are not able to cut out the new characters. Isn't it our own responsibilty which characters we chose in our private/solo games? So if someone likes to stomp the grounds with Z-Mechs, let him try. It's a private game, and if that crashes, so what? People know or should know which characters belong to Walnut Hills.I really thought that after the Portal Event I could chose that new/old world for my own game. It can't be that difficult to add, and why don't let they decide players if they prefer to play solo or private?Let's hope that we really get this map for our own way of gaming! I'm fed up with the usual maps after all this time.

Need to keep our fingers crossed then I guess... and make it known that lots of folks would like it and indeed need it.We play a lot of garden/graveyard ops etc on private play (hence why I'm so crap at multiplayer 😃 really need to get better) it would be great to have another couple of maps in private play though.

From what I've heard it will not be available in private or solo game mode. Solo and Private modes have all character game created options but Wall Nut Hills only has GW1 characters available on map. I suppose they wanted the modes/maps to still have all characters available. Not sure if they could make it work that way. I hope they can figure out a way for us to use it better than just being on mixed mode. Its a really cool map, especially if you are new to it, (I am).

It'll be a bit disappointing if its not available for private play. I have asked popcap_shaun on Reddit this exact question... if he gets back to me I will report back.
It is not looking that hopeful so far.

They mentioned they need more time. If they can get the other characters to work on the level they could include it in private. But it seems unlikely and not a focus. People are modding on pc to do this and have said there are a few issues, but nothing gamebreaking.

I wonder if it will become available after the portal event ends as I think they stated it will become part of the rotation in normal garden and graveyards. So why exclude it from offline play?

I'm guessing it was because they couldn't restrict AI classes, so they did not add it as they couldn't fix it in time.

I was hoping the reason I didn't find it in the list was because it wasn't added to the Multiplayer Portal yet. I only play against bot a.i. in this game so I would love to play Walnut Hills in Solo mode. I'm hoping they make the map available in Private and Solo modes soon. I'm so disappointed with this event, especially after the new chomper variant can only be unlocked with competitive PVP kills.

Sucks that they probably wont add offline wall nut hills any time soon, i rarely play multiplayer other than the odd mystery portal match from time to time, so it would be very nice if we could get wall nut hills for solo play, as i just wanna practice the map and level up my chompers/roses.

It would be nice if they can make the plants go on offense. Zombie offensive is so boring now.

I HATE how players without PS Plus or xbox live may not be able to play Wall-nut Hills. It's bad enough they can't play online with us. Please waive the need for it PopCap.
