Odd screen

So I was playing gw2 and when I enter the health and special move bar doesn't show up and is invisible and when I do the capture the flag thing Crazy dave's and dr zomboss's sound shows up but the popup bar doesnt. I tried repairing it, uninstalling it Idk what else to do. Can anyone help figure it out
