I also didn't know that this page was permission limited to those who have registered for the alpha. So if you get "Page Not Found," that's why.
You had to sign up for the alpha of GW2 to have access to the Picnic playtest?

Nope.
You just had to sign up for Picnic by the 25th of last month.
