[Old Repoort] Cant open gift packs

I got the game when it was added to Game Pass on Xbox and it won't load anything when I press to open gifts it just infinitely loads the "stocking sticker shop" screen

@killertacos112 @jdhh556 Can you try clearing out the Xbox's persistent storage and Alternate MAC address and see if you still have loading issues?

Persistent Storage 

  1. Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
  2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 

  

Alternate Mac: 

  1. Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
  2. Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
  3. Select restart

        @jdhh556 Thank you for trying, can you see if Removing then Readding The Gamer Tag to the console allows you to access your gifts?
