[Old Report] Can't get past EA screen in PvZ BFN

What worked for my cousin was that he did log in on the EA website with his (in this case) Playstation account.

With that his EA and Playstation accounts linked and he got passed that starting screen of the game where you can only type in your E-Mail.

Hope that is a quick fix for people 🙂

Found a solution that worked. Use the down arrow(not the toggle stick) to get to password. If you still run into an error, reset password. Then log in.

I’ve been having sort of the same issue. But for me it won’t let me enter in the code for the verification screen. Like I have the correct code. But when I press the box, a keyboard doesn’t  pop up like usual. So I can’t enter in the code and start the game. As a matter of fact, I can’t do anything when I get to this screen. I can’t even resend the code Becuz, aside from the home button, nothing does anything! My controller is definitely working too. Does anyone know what’s wrong? I just want to play the game
