@EA_Shepard apparently this is a long known issue from a while ago,and it's back,i've played for a long while and game was working fine up until the steam sale of pvz gw2 happened,i've been getting this pop up non stop and can't play the game,please help

hey I have had this problem since August 1 in the game PvZ GW2, it tells me that I have lost the connection with the EA servers. I play from PC and I have it on Steam. I don't know if it happens to anyone else, it's EA's problems or it's just me. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful.

Nothing works cant play multi or open packs absolutely nothing when i tryna go multi it says come back later
Yeah for some reason it kind of puts me in the spawn animation and then sends me back to the error..... EA wont do anything. this stuff has been happening so long.
I just bought PVZ GW2 and PVZ Neighbor Ville on my STEAM account.
But it keep saying "unable to connect to EA servers".
wasting time to find solution to play this game ☹️
but it still won't work.
I'm using mobile hotspot now.

Hi @H4H4YOU, this issue has been addressed to the players. It has been escalated and they are reviewing this one. Sadly not an issue that we can resolve here. We have to have our dev teams take a look at this one on the backend.
