    Omg! Thanky you!!

    We were using the wired controller, it was connected to the wireless one so pressed the down button on that and finally got the password screen! 🤦‍♀️

Yes, it’s the same account. Also the same account for the PS4. We are new to ps and only have a few games, this is the first I’ve needed the EA Account

I'm having the exact same problem. Bought this for my daughter but can't get passed the EA login screen. Did you manage to get this resolved.
