[Old Report] Plants vs Zombies GW2 stuck on EA Account screen

Hi. Just bought GW2 for my sons for on their PS4.  Created an EA Account for it. We can’t get it passed the EA Account page where I have to put in my EA Account email address. I put the address in, press done and it won’t let me go down to next, if I press X it goes into the keyboard screen again, done back to the Account page. I can’t go further. Please help

    Omg! Thanky you!!

    We were using the wired controller, it was connected to the wireless one so pressed the down button on that and finally got the password screen! 🤦‍♀️

    This worked for us on Xbox Series X. Thank you so much!!! We were going crazy trying to figure it out!

    We were using the wired controller, it was connected to the wireless one so pressed the down button on that and finally got the password screen! 🤦‍♀️
