Silent, start the game, alt+tab out, right click the Start in the bottom right hand corner, select Device Manager. Then select Display Adapter, then open the video card there that is the 'real' video card. At that point, go back in game, and let me know if it caused your keyboard/mouse to start responding. This has worked for me and others.

Ok not sure if anyone else is suffering from this issue.. i just ran into it on GW2 and resolved it by turning of Origin in game notifications.. its was stealing the view from the game. Disable this by clicking on the game in Origin and clicking game settings, the disable the in game notification. and all works fine! GL

Thank you! This worked for me.
- 3 years ago@1SandWard11 Hey there, what exactly did you do in order to fix the problem? I'm really trying to solve the issue. I'm using a laptop and bought the game off of Steam. Now I'm getting this notification still and everytime I start the sunflower tutorial sequence, my whole mouse and keyboard are both deactivated. If I play for 15 minutes longer, I'm not able to refund my money anymore...
