@EA_Shepard I have tried to get help from EA help but they are only leading me in circles asking me to check my connection, clear my EA cache and other basic troubleshooting but nothing has worked.
@EA_Shepard i have done all the relevant troubleshooting from the basic and advance links sent by EA customer support and i am doing it through the EA app.
From the Start menu, type cmd to search for the Command Prompt app.
Select Run as administrator.
Click Yes to allow User Account Control (UAC), if prompted.
The Administrator: Command Prompt window opens. At the prompt, type ipconfig /release, and then press Enter
The command now executes. You may see several lines of text before the command prompt returns.
At the prompt, type ipconfig /renew, and then press Enter.
Delete Windows Temp Files
First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
Delete everything it allows you to delete
Reboot the PC
Then:
Make sure Origin and Steam are closed.
Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
Delete all files from the "License" folder.
