I have this same problem, but only when the same ad is running: "Survivors" game. And it's very annoying because sometimes i get this ad 5 times in a row, thus watching 5 ads without getting the gems.
With the rest of the ads i have no problem
That's so trouble. They keep getting money, I keep getting nothing
