Out of the Shadows Google Achievement Glitch
I completed several Green Shadow quests, but my Google Play achievement did not complete. I have logged into my Google account goddessbunny42 in my game, acquired a number of Green Shadow quests, but still the Google Achievement has not synced with my quests. See attached pictures. Please advise as I am currently on the last Hero Quest with the Green Shadow Hero.
Oh, yes, and I have gotten an E-Mail from Nitin for EATech Support on this same issue and performed the following steps (my responses will follow his troubleshooting list item):
-Close all the apps running in the background of their device.
Yes, all apps were closed, after rebooting and restarting the game, no update to Achievement.
-Check if the time/date on the phone is set correctly.
Yes, date and time are correctly set on my phone, No Achievement
-Disconnect and reconnect from the network that is being used.
Took phone to different networks outside of my house and restarted phone and game with no apps running in background, No Achievement
-Restart the Wi-Fi router.
Even restart my home WiFi router, No Achievement
-As a test, to switch between WiFi and 3G/4G
Even switched my phone from WiFi connection to 3G/4G connection (Note: this is a pre-paid phone, so that was an expensive test), No Achievement
-Uninstall and reinstall the game
This was the first thing I tried - nuke and paved the game. Performed a reinstallation on Heroes on device and logged back in with Google ID, No Achievement
-Try logging in on a different device
Seeing that Heroes is only ported to iOs or Android, I even used my husband's Android phone. STILL No Achievement
Platform: Android Nougat 7.1.2
Phone: Huawei Nexus 6P
