P VS Z Character will not move
Have been trying since July to get some help with character not moving on P vs Z. Have done everything asked and suggested and still not resolved. Submitted two UOTraces but have not heard anything...

What game mode, what console, How exactly are you unable to move?

Please refer to case 19804325 and case 20486672. Have been trying to resolve this problem since August. I've done everything asked, even submitted two UOTrace Reports as requested. Tried game yesterday and CHARACTER STILL WILL NOT MOVE. Can't tell you how really aggravated I am. I want a refund on game. It stinks to have paid for a game that apparently has a bug and my grandson cannot play.

XBox 360. Character is frozen and will not move. Can shoot but can't move. Please refer to Case #20486672 and Case #19804325. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
