Simply put; the nerf the Party Variants got made them all deal subpar damage to even their base variants. Even with their meter active they deal no more than what a fire variant can deal ,except fire variants for example are permanent "buff" effects. The party variants should deal base damage at least, and have free extended ammo with party meter. I thought that was fine as it all fits well together, nothing too crazy, but as it stands I'd rather just play base and have more damage off the start, or even just a free 24/7 fire variant. Party variants need buffed. I like the idea of party variants just being a straight up base variant but with buffs like mentioned. Extra ammo and the Party meter. That's it.

I completely agree. Party variants are worthless as far as I'm concerned now. What's the point of having a legendary character? It's outperformed against other base classes. Players should be rewarded for doing well and going out of their way to earn legendary pieces--not punished.

I was joking with my friend yesterday about Party Corn. He was BBQ Corn and I was Party Corn and when I hit Party time I said hooray! now I'm a mediocre Corn. Party Corn has a clip of 30 and it's damage is laughable, when it's in Party mode it's still incredibly weak and average at best. You make us go through the most boring/buggy game mode to get these Party variants only for them to be *. There's absolutely no reason they should be this bad, at the least they should match their stock variants in damage and have slightly more damage when they hit Party mode. The only Party variant which needed a slight nerf at the time was Party Rose. You nerfed her alright, now we can't even unlock her.

The rapid fire party characters only deal 1 less damage than their original version. Maybe you should actually level up your corn enough to get the damage upgrade before thinking that he's not good enough because i do fine with my party corn even after the nerf which i can understand why it was needed. Also the faster DPS when you're in party mode with party characters is way better than the fire damage. The only thing i'd say that needs a buff with party characters is how their party bar fills (shared vanquishes should fill it up and assists should also fill it up a little) and make it last longer

Most party varients are weak. I used the party corn and think that the normal corn is better. I also used the party imp and the normal imp still is better. The only good ones are the pirate and the super brainz.

There probably all need a buff to make party mode less hard to get during multiplayer. And revert the damage nerf for party corn as he was already doing less damage when basic before.

Party Variants are now useless, subpar.

I was leveling him up and it was a chore to do so compared to every other Corn.

So you are fine with having Party Corn still being weaker by 1 damage after the damage upgrade?

He should be at best equal to stock Corn and then have a slight advantage in Party mode for that limited of time. At least we can agree the Party bar is underwhelming as well.

I got my first 2 party variants yesterday, party citron and corn. But other than play music when their meter fills what else are they supposed to do? Or is that it???

Increased speed and LOL damage.

Anyway if you got those 2 move on to the Zombie side. Party Rose is unobtainable atm.

The damage increase is pitiful in Party mode and it only lasts for a short duration.

I know you can't get Party Rose, because me and other people have tried and no one has gotten her since the last Patch. Her stickers don't unlock anymore.
