[PC] Garden Warfare won't start

The game won't start but a few days ago the game was running pretty good, in fact I have 55 hours played with the game in my computer so I don't know what happend. The process it's there but the game...

    Hey, can you try the steps below, and check if they help with the issue?

    1. Make sure your game is closed 
    2. Make sure Origin In Game is enabled (Origin menu - Application Settings - Origin In Game)
    3. Close Origin
    4. Download a setup file from the following link: https://download.dm.origin.com/origin/forum/RL-3279/OriginSetup.exe
    5. Run the downloaded file
    6. Try to launch the game again

Done, but still won't start. I'm sorry, I forgot to put my system. I have Windows 8.1 64bits.

    Hi. I did everything you said as well but I am still getting the error message

    "a problem caused the program to stop working.  Please close the program and windows will notify you of a solution....."

    So it tries to load but never gets there.  I had to uninstall the game, get a new product code to reinstall the game, and it still doesn't work.  I have turned off my virus protection and still not working.  Am hoping you can suggest something.

    I am operating a Toshiba satellite notebook

    Windows 8.1, 8GB RAM, 64bit

      Please do not jump around from thread to thread with the same subject.  You only get a single instance.  Duplicates are against the rules.   Garden Warfare requires a GAMING Class PC, and any average, ordinary off the shelf machine isn't good enough.

        Hi Gorath,

        I am really sorry about commenting on 2 different threads.  Because this one was solved I thought I should comment on a different one.  Please accept my apologies. 

        I fully appreciate that it might look like my computer can't handle the game, however we have played about 79 hours of it before we got this error message, so that is why I believe something in an update for something on my computer may have changed it.  I have done as you asked and attached the file of the dxdiag.
