Lag spikes every 3 seconds, fps drops, camera feels weird when you make a fast mouse movment. Changed the graphic settings to low but nothing happend, still the same lags.
Where do you see this issue? If it only occurs in certain modes or regions, please list them.
The lag spikes appears in Multiplayer battles and in the hub when other people are around. Game runs better in offline season. Camera feels in every mod weird.
If you monitor your PC performance, what do you see for CPU and GPU usage?
Cpu usage a peak off 90 - 100 %.
Gpu goes up to 70 % and then 0 % in few seconds. This couse the game to lag i guess.
Please attach your dxdiag info. This will have critical software and hardware information.

Restarting my pc doesnt help with the problems.
Edit: What i noticed is when i play the game windowed, 60 fps locked and vsync on, the game runs very smooth, no lag spikes at all and the weird camera bug goes away. Gpu usage is constant 70 %
