When I play I get fps stutters and freezers approx. every 3-5 seconds sometimes they can be constant and cause the game to be unplayable. I notice the issue primarily playing on Turf Takeover however it also happens in the carnival area. Im running everything on Low settings, Vsync on and a 60 FPS lock, which is the best way I could get it to play, despite this the game runs awfully.
I tried restarting World options to private without AI yet this didn't give me any benefit as the lag continued.
I have tried restarting with Clean Boot but this didn't make any difference to performance the stutters and continuous lag spikes were still there.
Moreover, I can say that the lag spikes are occurring more often in combat than in the Hub world but they occur in both.

sometimes when i launch the game, it lag like hell, whatever i do.. but when i relaunch it (i close the game and origin) , the game is smooth.
there should be some conflict somewhere, i guess
same i had last hours smooth games with full lobbys 12 vs 12 i relaunched and it was horrible
gtx 960 i5 6400 always stuttering, and cpu consumption is so high no matter the settings.
I have to like restart the game it starts out great on like dx12 ultra settings unlimited fps , maybe like a micro stutter every now and then but other wise perfect,
but as time goes on it starts to stutter more and more.
the cpu and gpu usages are both really high if i remember correctly
