PC performance info gathering thread.

My game lags even when my quality is at the low setting. My fps is capped at 60 and everything. Whenever i click, sprint, or even move, it takes 3-5 seconds to respond, and when i'm moving it's in jumps, like every second i'll jump forward a little bit, then a little bit more, then again, and the game's unplayable for me. It takes 3 seconds to zoom in and let me fire when i right click to aim, using abilities takes longer than 6 seconds, and I can barely play the game. I need a fix to this, maybe a lower quality setting? i don't know.
