PC performance info gathering thread.

Hi David,

When I play I get fps stutters and freezers approx. every 3-5 seconds sometimes they can be constant and cause the game to be unplayable. I notice the issue primarily playing on Turf Takeover however it also happens in the carnival area. Im running everything on Low settings, Vsync on and a 60 FPS lock, which is the best way I could get it to play, despite this the game runs awfully. 

I tried restarting World options to private without AI yet this didn't give me any benefit as the lag continued.

I have tried restarting with Clean Boot but this didn't make any difference to performance the stutters and continuous lag spikes were still there.

Moreover, I can say that the lag spikes are occurring more often in combat than in the Hub world but they occur in both.
